Token Holding: At least 1.5 billion BARK tokens.
Council CNFT: Ownership of a Council CNFT tier and badge.
Civic Digital ID: Verification through Civic Digital ID for identity confirmation.
Proposal Details:
Issue: Clearly describe the problem or opportunity.
Proposed Solution: Outline your solution, steps for implementation, and required resources.
Impact: Explain the expected outcomes and benefits.
B. Review and Feedback
